Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Gurgaon, India Experience: 2-3 years (preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or technology sectors) Role Overview: We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires hands-on management of key digital platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and App Store channels) to boost brand presence, accelerate user acquisition, and optimize performance across campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other paid media. Own the customer acquisition funnel—monitor key metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Run and scale lead generation campaigns targeting the global NRI audience. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Leverage A/B testing to optimize creative, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track performance and derive actionable insights. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Manage performance marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI. Work closely with founders and leadership to align marketing with business goals. Skills & Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fintech, startup, or digital-first company. Proven track record of running successful lead-gen and paid acquisition campaigns. Deep understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc. Experience with landing page optimization and funnel tracking. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Prior experience in targeting global audiences is a strong plus (especially NRIs). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Show more Show less
