Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels.
Create data-driven marketing strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
Conduct A/B testing to improve creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for seamless campaign execution.
Drive measurable business growth through performance marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements/Skills:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under deadlines.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
