Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Snapchat Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with performance-focused campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and Snapchat
• Own end-to-end campaign management: strategy, setup, A/B testing, daily optimization, and reporting
• Monitor KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and take real-time decisions to improve performance
• Work closely with the creative team to deliver high-converting ad creatives and copies
• Develop audience strategies using first-party data, lookalikes, retargeting, and intent signals
• Analyze performance data to generate insights and growth recommendations
• Stay updated on latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid media

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with high ROAS
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Snapchat Business Manager
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
• Experience with attribution tools and pixel/event tracking setups
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and report on performance with clarity
• Self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail and results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
