Performance Marketing Manager – Women's wear retail chain Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Experience: 3–5+ Years Salary: As per industry standards/Experience Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in driving sales and revenue-focused campaigns for domestic/local D2C or retail brands. This role requires a strategic thinker who is execution-focused, analytical, and skilled in managing digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), YouTube Ads, and SEO. The candidate will be responsible for generating direct revenue through performance campaigns, as well as liaising with external agencies, and contributing to the company’s online sales growth. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube, with a focus on sales and conversions. Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that directly impact revenue. Lead performance-based digital campaigns: drive traffic, increase conversion rate, and maximize ROAS. Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic reach and rankings. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting dashboards. Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights on KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, AOV, CAC, CTR, CVR, etc. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives and audience behavior. Work closely with external marketing agencies to guide execution, monitor performance, and maintain brand alignment. Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, ad policies, and industry best practices. Manage daily budgets and optimize spends for maximum efficiency and scalability. Key Requirements 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably with domestic/local fashion, retail, or D2C brands. Proven success in driving eCommerce revenue through performance campaigns on Meta, Google & YouTube. Strong knowledge of conversion-optimized media buying, retargeting, and audience segmentation. Experience in managing and scaling conversion/sales-focused campaigns with real revenue impact. Proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to independently coordinate with external partners, agencies, and internal teams. Passion for fashion and a good understanding of the Indian consumer and fashion landscape is required.
