Job Summary: GenY Medium is looking for a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing and a profound understanding of performance-driven strategies. This role demands a creative individual capable of devising and executing innovative campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention. The Performance Marketing/Paid Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing impactful digital campaigns and is expected to have expertise in various digital marketing tools and techniques. Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective digital media recommendations supported by validation - Create, manage, and execute media plans while monitoring campaign performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve campaign objectives - Design analytics tracking specifications for different digital channels and stay updated on industry trends - Manage analytics implementation initiatives and ensure tracking accuracy - Produce detailed client-facing reports to identify areas for campaign improvement - Ensure project delivery within set timelines and budget constraints - Communicate project updates to clients both remotely and in-person Skills Required: - Team management abilities - Strong analytical skills and mathematical acumen - Proficiency in Digital Media concepts such as SEM, SEO, Display, and Analytics - Knowledge of media terms, creative requirements, and budget considerations - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Proficiency in managing advertising pixels like AdWords, Google Analytics, floodlights, etc. - Strong debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively - Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics features and configuration - Proficiency in event tracking, custom metrics, and e-commerce setup - Ability to generate insightful reports using Google Analytics and other data sources - Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas effectively Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Manager in digital marketing - Experience in an agency environment is preferred - Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus (Note: The above job description is a summarized version of the provided details.),
