Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can independently run, analyze, and evaluate campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and leading marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to generate real outcomes — not just impressions — and knows exactly howto push brands to the top on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan, run, and optimize Google & Meta campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, conversions, and performance outcomes.● Analyze campaign data, evaluate results, and create actionable insights.● Manage and optimize marketplace listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.● Improve ranking, visibility, and conversions through marketplace SEO and performance strategies.● Collaborate with design/content for effective ad creatives and messaging.● Track KPIs, conduct A/B tests, manage budgets, and ensure measurable revenue impact.

Required Skills
● Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.● Ability to analyze campaign performance and understand what actually drives results.● Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto marketplace systems.● Good understanding of GA4, GTM, UTM tracking, and attribution models.● Solid Excel/Sheets skills and strong communication abilities.● High accountability and the ability to deliver performance under deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
