Performance Marketing Manager

DUSALA India a Online Storefront engaged in Luxury fashion e-commerce across India & International markets with focus on Shawls, Stoles, Belts, Purses and Jewelry with select clothing is urgently looking for Performance Marketing & Growth Manager for Delhi and Raipur (Chattisgarh).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To run successful ad campaigns in fashion, luxury or beauty.
• To plan, run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and shopify campaigns.
• Experiment and scale ads on Etsy, Amazon and other marketplaces.
• To scale DUSALA and related brands through Meta, Google, Shopify and marketplace ads with an understanding of premium consumer positioning.
• Continuously track performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR) and deliver profitable growth.
• Translate DUSALA's luxury positioning into ad strategy (not discount led, but aspirational)
• Identify new growth opportunities across platforms and geographies.
• prepare reports and insights for management on spend vs. returns.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 2-5 years' experience in performance marketing, ideally in luxury, fashion, or beauty brands.
• Proven track record in successfully scaling ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Hands-on-ability to manage and optimize campaigns (not agency oversight only)
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Marketplace dashboards.
• Prior work with/for Myntra, Nykaa, Pernia's, Ajio Luxe, or similar brands.
• Growth oriented, experimental, and results-drivenpersonality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
