Job Title: Performance Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused "E-commerce & Performance Marketing" to lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels and Amazon Market Place. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing Sales, improving CPA/ROAS, and scaling growth through paid media such as Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn.Key Responsibilities:

1) Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels and Amazon market place.

2) Manage budgets effectively to ensure high ROI across all campaigns.

3) Drive full-funnel campaign execution from audience targeting to landing page optimization.

4) Monitor campaign performance daily and generate performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.)

5) A/B test creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages for continuous improvement.

6) Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create effective ad assets and messaging.

7) Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.

8) Leverage analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.) for insights and conversion optimization.

9) Own the marketing performance dashboard and provide weekly/monthly reporting to stakeholders.

---Requirements

1) Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

2) 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Amazon, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

3) Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.

4) Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Excel.

5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6) Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

---Nice to Have:

1) Experience with eCommerce / D2C / SaaS performance marketing.

2) Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools.

3) Familiarity with Ecommerce and digital marketing tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹358,165.96 - ₹1,518,368.05 per year
