We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across various channels, and achieving measurable results. The role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, digital advertising platforms, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.

Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while staying within allocated budget constraints.

Audience Targeting: Define and refine target audience segments based on customer profiles, behaviors, and demographics.

Collaboration:Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to align campaign strategies and messaging.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in digital marketing algorithms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (2-3 years) in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and campaign optimization.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in using analytics tools, advertising platforms, and marketing automation software.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
