This role is crucial in managing and optimizing end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms with a strong focus on programmatic advertising and media buying . You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, ROI, and brand growth by using data-backed strategies and automation tools. Qualifications Skills in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Strategy Data Analysis, Reporting, and Optimization Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other marketing tools Strong project management and communication abilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with experience in campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio . A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance outcomes. Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to align on campaign goals and execution. Deliver performance reports and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Stay updated on the latest trends in performance marketing, ad tech, and programmatic media buying .
