What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon, Flipkart

  , and other digital platforms.
• Continuously track performance metrics including

  ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR

  , and funnel drop-offs.
• Run

  A/B tests

  on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the

  creative, content, product, and ecommerce teams

  to align campaign messaging with business goals.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using platforms like

  Google Analytics, GA4

  , and in-house dashboards.
• Manage budgets efficiently and scale high-performing campaigns with agility.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for

  D2C brands, ecommerce, or high-growth startups

  .
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and performance tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and retargeting strategies.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and marketing decisions.
• Bonus: experience with tools like

  Shopify Ads, Klaviyo, MoEngage, CRM tools

  , or marketplace ad dashboards.
