Description
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to spearhead our full-funnel growth engine and lead our digital marketing efforts. Full-funnel growth leadership: Own and drive the growth engine for the business. Team management: Lead a team of specialists across various channels, including paid media, SEO, and social performance. Customer acquisition and retention: Focus on driving sustained revenue growth. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the CMO, tech/product, category, and creative teams. Performance reporting: Present trends, strategy, and growth plans directly to founders and leadership. Key Responsibilities Performance Strategy & Execution: Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, marketplaces, and programmatic channels. SEO & Organic Growth: Drive non-paid discoverability and traffic from search engines. Affiliate Marketing: Build and scale robust affiliate partnerships. CRM & Retention Channels: Focus on repeat purchases, win-back strategies, and cart journeys through email, push notifications, and WhatsApp. Analytics & Funnel Optimization: Build comprehensive dashboards, segment customer cohorts, run effective A/B tests, and continuously improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV). Budget Ownership: Optimize performance marketing spends for maximum business impact. Team Leadership: Manage and grow a high-performance growth team. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate seamlessly with category, creative, tech, and product teams to ensure aligned strategies. A Dynamic Day Morning Routine: Reviews daily campaign performance, identifying areas for immediate improvement and optimization. Collaboration: Works with the CRM executive to refine cart abandonment win-back flows, enhancing customer retention. Landing Page Optimization: Collaborates with product and brand teams to tweak copy and flow on landing pages for better conversion. Growth Sync: Aligns with the category and SEO lead on identifying keyword gaps and discussing updates from affiliate programs. Ongoing Tasks: Manages bids with the performance manager, debriefs with the CMO on ongoing initiatives and results. Requirements Experience: 5-8 years in performance marketing/growth, with a minimum of 2+ years in team management. Technical Skills: Hands-on understanding of: Meta Ads Google Ads CRM platforms Attribution models Performance analytics E-commerce Experience: Proven track record of scaling budgets and channels specifically within e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) businesses. Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create insightful dashboards for data visualization and decision-making. Creative Skills: Ability to craft compelling messaging and provide effective feedback on creative assets to improve landing pages and campaign performance.
