Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Hybrid – Work from Home (5 days/week) + 1 day/week from Office (Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi – 110096) Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Monday to Saturday) Timings: Full-time commitment; daily reporting is mandatory

About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated performance marketing executor to independently run and optimize ad campaigns for multiple D2C brands. This role is strictly results-driven — focused on actual conversions, not vanity metrics or excuses. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign setup, performance monitoring, reporting, creative feedback, and continuous optimization.

Important: This is not a freelance gig. We do not entertain parallel projects or agency-style moonlighting. We take accountability, results, and discipline extremely seriously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Adjust targeting, budgets, bids, and placement strategies
  • Write and test ad copy, headlines, and hooks
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all Shopify, Pixel, GTM, and GA integrations

2. Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain daily dashboards covering ROAS, CPP, AOV, CTR, CPM
  • Log platform-level performance from Meta, Google, Shopify, etc.
  • Submit end-of-day (EOD) performance updates via WhatsApp and Sheet — by 7 PM daily

3. Creative Coordination

  • Identify underperforming creatives and request replacements
  • Provide performance feedback to design teams
  • Suggest new angles, formats, and creatives based on data insights

4. Campaign Optimizations

  • Launch and test new ad sets every 2–3 days
  • Proactively pause or edit underperforming ad sets
  • Maintain a balanced structure between prospecting and retargeting campaigns

5. Access & Infrastructure

  • Use only your own personal laptop/desktop with stable internet
  • Work via VPN-enabled access logins provided by Pixel Media
  • All access is IP-locked and activity-logged — for work discipline monitoring

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior experience managing Meta & Google Ads for D2C/E-commerce brands
  • Deep understanding of conversion optimization and performance tracking
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • High-speed system and reliable internet connection (mandatory)
  • Ownership mindset with strong personal discipline

Strict Terms of Employment

  • No moonlighting: You cannot take up other freelance or marketing jobs
  • System control: You must work only from your own system; access will be controlled
  • Zero-tolerance: Ghosting, non-reporting, and poor discipline will lead to immediate termination
  • Work logs & reporting: Required daily, with no exceptions

Mandatory System Specifications for Work From Home (WFH) Employees

All WFH team members are expected to have systems that meet the following minimum hardware and software requirements.

1. Operating System

  • MacBook:  – macOS Ventura or later (macOS Sequoia preferred)
  • Windows:  – Windows 11 (Home or Pro)

2. Processor / Chip

  • MacBook:  – Apple M2 or M3 chip (Minimum M2, M3 preferred)
  • Windows:  – Intel Core i7 (11th Gen or higher) OR  – AMD Ryzen 7 (5000 series or higher)  – P-series / U-series CPUs preferred for ultrabooks

3. RAM (Memory)

  • Minimum: 16 GB RAM (Unified or DDR4/DDR5) This is non-negotiable to ensure multitasking across apps like browsers, Zoom, Sheets, email, Figma, Canva, and more.

4.Storage

  • Minimum: 512 GB SSD (Solid State Drive)  – HDDs or slower storage formats are not acceptable.  – At least 100 GB of free space must be available at all times.

5. Display

  • MacBook:  – Retina Display, 13.3” or larger, minimum 2560 × 1600 resolution
  • Windows:  – Full HD (1920 × 1080) minimum  – QHD (2560 × 1600) or better preferred  – Minimum screen size: 13.3”

6. Battery & Portability

  • Battery backup: Minimum 6–8 hours of performance battery life
  • Portability: Lightweight and reliable — especially for team members in hybrid or mobile roles

7. Webcam + Audio

  • Mandatory:  – 720p or higher resolution webcam  – Good quality mic (inbuilt or external) for daily video calls

8. Connectivity

  • Stable Wi-Fi connection (5Ghz support preferred)
  • Bluetooth 5.0 or higher

9. Software Compatibility

  • Must be able to run:  – Google Chrome  – Zoom  – Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)  – Slack / WhatsApp Web  – Figma / Canva / Adobe Express (for creative roles)  – Shopify / Amazon / Meta Ad Manager (for e-com roles)

10. Optional but Recommended

  • MacBook:  – macOS Sequoia (latest), 16 GB Unified Memory
  • Windows:  – Touchscreen optional, OLED/QHD panel preferred  – i7 13th Gen or Ryzen 7 7840U for best experience

Note:

Devices will be audited periodically for compliance.

Failure to meet minimum requirements may result in restricted access to work platforms or reassignment to WFO roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
