Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Experience: 2–3 years Location: Mumbai Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive student leads and admissions. Prior experience in test prep or educational institutes like IME, IMS, Career Launcher, or CPLC is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.) Optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation Work closely with content, design, and admissions teams to align campaigns with institutional goals Analyze data and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness Manage budgets and report performance to management regularly Execute remarketing and funnel-based strategies Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially in the education domain Strong command of tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Analytics platforms Experience in lead generation campaigns with measurable results Knowledge of landing page optimization and basic CRM usage Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask efficiently Excellent analytical and communication skills Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience at IME, IMS, Career Launcher, CPLC, or similar coaching institutes will be given priority.
