We work with D2C brands, real estate companies, and B2B clients — helping them scale through data-driven campaigns and sharp creative execution. Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Google Ads Specialist who can independently plan, set up, and manage campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube. You’ll collaborate with our social media, design, and analytics teams to deliver measurable growth for our clients. Key Responsibilities Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads platforms. Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience targeting. Write and test ad copies, extensions, and landing page variations. Maintain daily budgets, track conversions, and improve ROAS for each client. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. Stay updated with Google Ads best practices, trends, and beta features. Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and with the strategist for campaign goals. Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of campaign types Skilled in keyword research, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Data Studio (Looker Studio). Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Google Ads Certification preferred.
