Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise

    paid campaigns

    across

    Google Ads, Meta Ads

    , and other relevant ad platforms.
  • Drive

    app installs

    and high-quality user acquisition with a focus on

    maximising ROAS

    .
  • Develop and manage multiple campaigns for different audience segments, geographies, and platforms.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    of ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, etc.) to monitor

    user behaviour

    and campaign impact.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvement through audience insights, funnel analysis, and market trends.
  • Create performance reports and share actionable insights with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop

    engaging ad creatives

    and messaging aligned with the brand voice.
  • Stay updated on

    digital marketing trends

    , competitor strategies, and platform updates to ensure best practices.

Requirements

  • 24 years

    of proven experience in

    performance marketing

    for mobile apps or online services.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC)

    ,

    Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

    , and at least one additional platform (TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of

    CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR

    , and other performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in analytics & tracking tools like

    Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, Mixpanel

    , etc.
  • Experience in

    app install campaigns

    and scaling mobile user acquisition.
  • Ability to create data-driven strategies and optimise campaigns for better results.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of astrology or interest in the domain will be a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels, lead generation, and ROI optimization.
