About Tikii Tikii is a boutique creative + performance marketing agency that blends design, tech, and strategy to help high-growth brands scale. We're now looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across static, motion, and digital formats. What You'll Do Design social media creatives for static posts, carousels, and stories across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Support branding projects by creating logos, typography systems, brand decks, and mockups. Assist in creating web and landing page UI layouts in collaboration with our developer. Collaborate with the photographer and content team to develop cohesive campaign visuals. Create performance ad creatives (Meta + Google) with a focus on conversion. Adapt designs for multi-language campaigns and regional customizations. Work with the strategy team to transform raw content or briefs into polished visuals. What We’re Looking For A strong visual sense and an understanding of modern digital aesthetics Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva Bonus: Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion tools A hunger to learn, experiment, and grow fast Team-first mindset with the ability to handle feedback like a pro An eye for clean typography, layout balance, and design systems Nice-to-Haves Basic understanding of ad formats (Meta, Google Display) Experience creating brand mockups or presentation decks Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway
