• Strong grasp of

  CAC/LTV/ROAS/MER

  and funnel thinking.
• Practical experience with

  GA4, GTM, Pixel/CAPI

  , conversion tracking.
• Sharp short-form ad copy; test planning; Sheets/Excel fluency.
• Bengaluru-based; comfortable with rapid launch cycles.

• Marketplace/subscription/local services experience.
• App campaigns, WhatsApp entry points, CRO.
• Basic SQL/Looker Studio; Canva/Figma for quick mocks.

• Hitting

  CAC targets

  while scaling responsibly.
• Clear test learnings every week (creative, audience, placement).
• Clean data parity across GA4, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Improved

  first-week redemption/activation

  from paid cohorts.
