Role & responsibilities Plan, launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, Amazon, and other platforms. Work closely with the Marketing Head and Founder to define campaign goals and strategy. Regularly analyze campaign data to track performance, identify insights, and optimize spends. Monitor key marketing metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, etc. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. Drive disciplined tracking and reporting of campaigns. Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years of hands-on experience in running ads.
