About Tikii Tikii is a boutique digital agency based in Kolkata, working with brands across India, the UK, and the UAE. We manage end-to-end performance marketing, branding, design, photography, and web development for lifestyle, D2C, and real estate clients. We’re a small, agile team that values ownership, creativity, and sharp execution. Role Overview You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal team — ensuring briefs, deadlines, and deliverables flow smoothly. Your role will combine client communication, project coordination, and reporting to keep everything running on track while maintaining top-notch client experience. Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients (3–5 at a time). Schedule and lead weekly or bi-weekly review calls. Gather briefs, clarify expectations, and translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team. Handle feedback professionally and ensure timely resolutions. Project Coordination Work closely with designers, editors, ad specialists, and the developer to ensure deliverables meet brand standards. Track ongoing projects using task boards Maintain a delivery calendar across clients to avoid overlap and last-minute rushes. Reporting & Performance Tracking Coordinate with the ad execution team (Google & Meta) for campaign results. Prepare concise monthly or bi-weekly performance summaries. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-service suggestions (e.g., adding email campaigns, landing pages, or photo shoots). Process Management Maintain internal SOPs and project timelines. Support onboarding of new clients — from kickoff meetings to documentation and WhatsApp group setup. Skills & Qualities Excellent communication (English + Hindi or Bengali). Highly organized with attention to detail. Understanding of digital marketing basics — Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, and creatives. Confident in managing deadlines across multiple clients. Calm under pressure and solution-oriented. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in client servicing or account management (preferably in an agency). Basic understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and project tracking tools.
