Role Overview We’re looking for a 3D Designer who can bring ideas to life through precision modelling and print-ready preparation. You’ll collaborate closely with our founder and production team to design, test, and refine pieces that push the boundaries of what 3D printing can achieve. Key Responsibilities Design and model 3D assets (products, décor pieces, collectibles, prototypes, etc.) in Blender, Fusion 360, ZBrush, or similar tools. Prepare, optimize, and repair STL files for both FDM and SLA printing. Ensure models are dimensionally accurate and structurally print-ready. Collaborate on creative concepts and product development ideas. Work with the print team to troubleshoot, test tolerances, and improve output quality. Maintain organized file systems and documentation for all ongoing projects. Stay updated with 3D design, printing techniques, and material innovations. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in 3D modelling, industrial design, or related fields. Proficiency in at least one major 3D modelling software (Blender, Fusion 360, ZBrush, SolidWorks, or Rhino). Understanding of printing processes (supports, slicing, tolerances) and related software (Bambu Studio, Cura, Lychee, or Chitubox). Strong sense of form, proportion, and detail. Portfolio demonstrating creative and functional 3D work. Bonus: Rendering or visualization experience for client previews.
