3D Designer

As a 3D Designer at Revolution Games Private Limited, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets including characters, props, and environments optimized for real-time engines like Unity and Unreal. You will handle the complete 3D pipeline from base modeling to texturing, UV unwrapping, rigging, and animation. Collaboration with concept artists and game developers is crucial to ensure assets meet technical and artistic requirements. Furthermore, you will need to produce realistic and stylized PBR textures using tools such as Substance Painter, Photoshop, or Quixel and rig characters for animation with clean deformation and efficient topology. **Responsibilities:** - Create high-quality 3D assets optimized for real-time engines like Unity and Unreal. - Handle the complete 3D pipeline from modeling to animation. - Collaborate with concept artists and game developers to meet technical and artistic requirements. - Produce realistic PBR textures and rig characters for animation. - Optimize assets for performance and quality balance across multiple platforms. **Qualifications:** - Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation skills. - Proficiency in tools like Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop. - Understanding of PBR workflows, topology, UV layout, and normal map baking. - Experience setting up assets for Unity or Unreal Engine. - Knowledge of character rigging and skinning for humanoid and creature setups. - Familiarity with animation principles and ability to work under production deadlines. - Passion for games, art, and storytelling.
