Role Overview

• We’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Executive who brings both analytical precision and strategic thinking to the table. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution across paid channels, with a sharp focus on driving ROI and performance outcomes.
• Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Optimize campaigns based on key metrics: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more
• Lead A/B testing for creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies
• Own media budgets and continuously reallocate spend based on performance insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams for high-impact ad creatives
• Track and report performance with actionable insights to improve future campaigns
• Coordinate with Social Media, SEO, and Client Servicing teams for cohesive digital strategy

Who We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Strong grasp of performance marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Proficient in reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards) and data interpretation
• Up-to-date with digital trends, platform updates, and performance best practices
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
• Driven, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running
