Requirements: Must own laptop & cellphone (company number provided)

Experience: 3–5 years in performance/growth marketing roles (Gulf country experience is an advantage)

Training Provided: Tools onboarding, funnel walkthroughs, CRM processes, content systems, performance analytics

Must-Have Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / growth marketing
• Strong knowledge of platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (conversion & lead gen), YouTube Ads, LinkedIn
• Funnel optimization, automation workflows, and familiarity with AI tools
• Proficiency in GA4, email marketing, and content strategy
• Fluent in English & Tamil
• Advanced Excel skills for campaign reporting and performance analysis
• Highly trainable, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
• Preferably with experience in EdTech or startup environments

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Manage lead generation funnels and improve performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS)
• Analyze campaign data and tweak strategies based on performance
• Create and manage email marketing and outbound campaigns
• Collaborate with content and design teams to build effective marketing assets
• Boost brand visibility and digital footprint
• Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, platforms, and automation tools
