Social Eagle is Looking for: Performance Marketer (full-time, Onsite) Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across key mobile channels: Search Ads, Google Campaigns (GA4), Facebook/Meta, and other mobile ad networks Analyze and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed CPI, ROAS, and retention goals. Develop A/B tests across creatives, copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive performance. Experience working with re-marketing and re-engagement campaigns. Collaborate closely with design, product, and content teams to create and iterate on ad creatives and landing experiences. Work closely with analytics to track, measure, and report performance on a weekly and monthly basis. Manage budget allocation and pacing across platforms to maximize results while staying within budget. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and implement innovative tactics to improve campaign efficiency. Own relationships with advertising platforms and vendors. Explore and test new paid acquisition channels to diversify user acquisition. Nice to Have: Experience running international or multi-language campaigns.
