• Manage a monthly ad budget of up to ₹50 lakhs, with ownership of daily and weekly ROAS and CPA targets
• Analyze full-funnel performance including acquisition, retargeting, and remarketing
• Build and scale audience segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike strategies
• Continuously test creatives, formats, audiences, and bid strategies
• Ensure always-on performance with no downtime on key revenue-driving campaigns
• Guide and review work of junior associates and ensure quality execution
• Collaborate with founders and team leads on scaling strategies and new channel testing
• Take full accountability for results and act quickly on performance corrections
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proven experience handling monthly ad budgets of ₹50 lakhs or more
• Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, remarketing, and audience strategy
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
• Leadership skills to guide junior team members
• High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment
