Performance Marketing Specialist – Job Description

1. Plan and implement paid search, display, social, and programmatic advertising campaigns.

2. Manage advertising budgets and allocate spending across various channels to maximize efficiency.

3. Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (RTOAS).

4. Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

5. Identify new channels and growth opportunities for scaling campaigns.

6. Test new channels and creative approaches to increase reach and performance.

7. Ability to recruit, mentor, and lead a dynamic team of digital marketing executives, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving goals and optimizing cross-channel performance.

8. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

9. Manage and optimize marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize ROI.

10. Track spending against and forecast to ensure financial targets are met.

11. Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, product) to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals.

12. Collaborate with external partners or agencies when necessary for specialized campaign needs.

13. Build and optimize audience segments for retargeting and prospecting campaigns to reach the most relevant customer profiles.

14. Leverage tools like Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel to enhance tracking and targeting.

15. Stay updated on industry trends, marketing technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.

16. Research and implement emerging performance marketing trends and tools to keep the brand competitive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
