As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms. Your role will involve executing data-driven strategies to acquire and retain customers, improve ROI, and drive business growth through paid media channels. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. - Monitor campaign performance daily and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). - Collaborate with creative and content teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad placements to identify the most effective approach. - Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking solutions to measure campaign success and user behavior. - Manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while meeting performance goals. - Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. - Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing roles. - Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, search console). - Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools, and email marketing is a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
