Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

?Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads

?Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions

?Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI

?Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages

?Analyze performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and tracking dashboards

?Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports

?Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages

?Implement remarketing and funnel-based campaigns

?Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and performance marketing best practices

Required Qualifications Skills

?6 months to 4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising

?Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

?Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics

?Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

?Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

?Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

?Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns

?Knowledge of SEO basics, landing page optimization, and CRO

?Google Ads or Meta certification is a plus
