Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to optimize campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
Optimize campaigns for conversions, cost-efficiency, and ROI.
Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Support lead generation and sales campaigns for multiple clients.

Requirements:

1–2 years of hands-on experience
in running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, analytics, and reporting.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
