It is a fast-growing Indian OTT aggregator that brings together 30+ streaming platforms, 500+ live TV channels, movies, sports, and exclusive short-form shows, all in one subscription. The app works across mobile, smart TVs, Fire Stick, and Android TV, offering users a seamless and ad-free entertainment experience. With its own Android TV device, it is making digital entertainment more accessible and convenient for households across India.

Location: Andheri East
Working Days: 6 days a week
Office Hours: As per standard

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (AdWords), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms.
  • Calculate and monitor CPC, CPP, CPA, CTR, and ROAS to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and result-oriented.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively with clear focus on ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Use Google Ads (AdWords) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.) to track, analyze, and report campaign performance.
  • Identify new channels, audience segments, and innovative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in performance marketing, ad platforms, and industry benchmarks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Reduction in CPC/CPA while maintaining high-quality conversions.
  • Increase in CTR (Click-through Rate) and overall engagement.
  • Growth in app installs, subscriptions, and retention rates.
  • Achievement of defined ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of campaign insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (AdWords), Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with tracking and attribution tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPP, CPA, CTR, ROAS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
