About the Role

Sakar IAS Academy is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our group of three companies in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing (SMM), with a focus on generating qualified leads and improving online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to boost website ranking and organic traffic.
• Manage social media marketing (SMM) campaigns — including content planning, engagement tracking, and follower growth.
• Analyze and report campaign performance across all digital channels.
• Research target audiences, keywords, and competitive trends to improve ad and SEO performance.
• Optimize landing pages and ad creatives to maximize conversions.
• Handle remarketing and lead nurturing campaigns for better ROI.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
• Manage digital marketing activities for all three group companies under one coordinated strategy.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, and SMM.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console.
• Proficiency in keyword research, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and content optimization.
• Experience with social media growth strategies and engagement analytics.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
• Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Meriito.
