Key Responsibilities

📈 Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, and display advertising.
  • Align all campaigns with broader marketing strategies and company goals.

📊 Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Continuously track and analyze campaign KPIs.
  • Use insights and A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting, and strategies to maximize ROI.

💰 Budget Management

  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets efficiently.
  • Monitor spend, track ROI, and reallocate resources for maximum performance impact.

📑 Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Present data-driven findings to internal stakeholders for decision-making and strategic planning.

🎯 Customer Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing high-quality lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Focus on lowering acquisition costs and improving conversion rates.

🔬 A/B Testing & Funnel Optimization

  • Test and iterate landing pages, CTAs, and ad variations to improve campaign results.
  • Continuously refine customer journeys for better engagement and conversions.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align digital strategies with business outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across channels and touchpoints.

📣 Training & Development

  • Conduct weekly training sessions for the call center team, bi-weekly unit-specific training, and mock calls.
  • Provide monthly training status reports and ensure upskilling in lead handling and product knowledge.

📍 Industry Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Apply new learnings to enhance campaign competitiveness and effectiveness.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with strong

    Google Ads

    expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of performance tracking, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Preferred:

    • Google Ads Certification

    • Familiarity with platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic tools
    • Experience working in healthcare, B2B, or SaaS industries
