Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
Paid Advertising
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad creation, and bid management to maximize ROI.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Collaborate with the creative and web development teams to implement CRO strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve landing page performance and user experience.
Data Analysis
  • Utilize analytics tools to analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management
  • Effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
  • Monitor spending patterns and adjust budgets based on performance.
Market Research
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Performance Reporting
  • Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to the management team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and implement innovative strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
