We are seeking a dynamic and analytical ‘Performance Marketing and Growth Manager’ to lead our digital acquisition efforts and accelerate user growth across channels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on paid media, conversion optimization, and data-driven experimentation to scale our business.
· Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
· Own Budgeting, execution, and optimization across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels
· Analyse performance, identify drop-off points, and implement CRO tactics to improve conversion rates
· Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to run growth experiments
· Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging growth tactics
· 2-3 years of experience in scaling a brand on META & Google
· Performance marketing, growth hacking, or digital acquisition role
· Analyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic
decisions and improve sales performance.
· Strong grasp of metrics, attribution models, and customer segmentation
· Proficient in marketplace selling platforms
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
· Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
· Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
· Analyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisions and improve sales performance.
· Continuously monitor reviews and address any customer service issues that arise on the marketplace platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Monitor marketplace policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
· Creative mindset with a bias for rapid experimentation and iteration
· Experience in DTC growth environments
· Who wants to evolve their skill beyond performance marketing
· Explores of how P&L of DTC brands are scaled
· Genuine holistic growth strategy learner
· Understand consumer journeys and can apply A/B testing to optimize funnels
