Job Description : We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you will drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth by managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in campaign optimization, and a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Ownership : Define and lead the overall marketing strategy across digital and offline channels, aligned with business objectives and intake cycles. Digital Marketing Leadership: Drive performance marketing, digital lead generation, media planning, and digital partnerships. Branch Marketing Oversight: Design and supervise localized marketing campaigns tailored to branch-level needs. Ensure alignment with sales targets, market priorities, and student demographics across cities. Event Marketing & Activations: Strategic planning and execution of education events, webinars, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement. Team & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership, sales heads, and external partners to deliver measurable impact. Budget Ownership & ROI Tracking: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Monitor spends, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) across all initiatives. Key Reporting Metrics: Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per channel Cost per lead (CPL) and conversion metrics Branch-level campaign impact and walk-ins Event attendance, engagement, and post-event conversions Brand awareness and student recall (where measured) Marketing ROI and budget adherence Leadership Competencies: Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft long-term marketing vision aligned with organizational goals. Execution Excellence: Proven capability to translate strategy into actionable, measurable plans. Cross-Functional Influence: Adept at collaborating with leadership, operations, sales, and external stakeholders. Team Leadership: Experience managing diverse, high-performing teams and vendor ecosystems. Analytical Mindset: Strong focus on data, metrics, and continuous performance improvement. Agility & Innovation: Comfort with a fast-paced environment and a constant focus on trying new approaches. Required Qualification and Skills : Experience: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas Proven experience managing integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, regional, and event platforms. MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or related field preferred. Experience in scaling multi-location or multi-market campaigns is highly desirable. Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads & Meta Ads certification is a plus. Experience running performance campaigns for SaaS, EdTech, or E-commerce businesses Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
