About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across paid channels.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and skilled at driving measurable results from traffic growth to qualified lead generation and ROI improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing funnels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Set up and monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Implement A/B testing, track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS), and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to ensure alignment between creatives, landing pages, and campaign goals.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Data Studio to generate insights and reports.
  • Conduct SEO audits and coordinate with the SEO team to strengthen organic performance alongside paid growth.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ad policies, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics platforms, tracking pixels, and conversion attribution models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress).
  • Exposure to healthcare, D2C, or service-based lead generation campaigns.
