About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketer & SEO Expert to join our digital marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, driving organic growth through SEO strategies, and contributing directly to business sales growth by generating qualified leads and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, and overall ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI from campaigns.
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance-driven strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for improved search visibility.
  • Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth by converting leads into sales opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign, SEO, and sales performance.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and SEO.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Data Studio, and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving both leads and sales through digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
