Performance Marketer & SEO Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer & SEO Expert who can drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies, AI-powered SEO practices, and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in client-facing meetings, and come with a proven track record of marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
• Analyze campaign data to track KPIs, ROI, and ensure maximum lead generation and conversions.
• Manage SEO strategy end-to-end: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Stay updated with AI-driven SEO tools and apply new trends in content optimization, semantic SEO, and search intent.
• Conduct competitor research, keyword analysis, and develop content strategies to improve organic traffic.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
• Take part in client meetings and presentations, explaining performance results, strategies, and growth opportunities.
• Build case studies and maintain previous data as proof of performance marketing excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in performance marketing and SEO strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms.
• Expertise in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools like SurferSEO, Jasper, Frase, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date with latest trends in SEO, AI, and digital performance marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an agency environment handling multiple clients.
• Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint / HubSpot SEO.
• Portfolio or case studies showcasing past performance marketing success.
