Job Title: Performance Marketer

Department: Marketing / Growth

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Growth

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves managing paid acquisition channels, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to drive measurable ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels.

Define campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs for each channel.

Optimization & Growth

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and lifetime value (LTV).

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting

Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.).

Prepare regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Budget Management

Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively.

Forecast and report on monthly/quarterly spend and results.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing campaigns.

Coordinate with external agencies or partners if required.

Market & Competitor Research

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platforms, and best practices in performance marketing.

Benchmark competitors’ digital activities and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of paid acquisition platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).

Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), retargeting, and funnel optimization.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles (bonus).

Excellent communication and project management skills.

CPA/CPL reduction

Conversion rate improvement

Growth in qualified leads or sales

Customer lifetime value (LTV) uplift
