Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, email, display, etc.)
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights to meet defined KPIs

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor campaign metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and CLV to assess performance
• Use analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to uncover trends and identify opportunities
• Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights

A/B Testing & Experimentation

• Design and execute A/B tests to refine creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages
• Leverage findings to maximize performance and ROI

Strategy & Planning

• Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with product, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize impact

Budget Management

• Efficiently manage campaign budgets to maximize return
• Ensure spending is aligned with business objectives and targets

Who You Are

• Proven experience (X–Y years) in managing paid digital campaigns across multiple channels
• Proficient with performance tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
• Experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
