Job Description

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer with 3+ years of proven experience to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and E-Commerce Campaigns
Drive performance through A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad formats, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Expertise in E-Commerce Ads (Shopify Ads, WooCommerce), Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.)
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with e-commerce campaigns is a big plus
Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
