Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute effective digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, SMM, email, and content marketing).
• Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong influencer partnerships to expand brand visibility.
• Oversee SEO activities to ensure top rankings and increased organic traffic.
• Drive social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement and brand presence.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop creative, impactful, and engaging content for websites, blogs, and social platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, influencer marketing, SEO, and SMM.
• Proven track record of successfully managing digital campaigns and achieving growth targets.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital tools.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
