About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with over 5 years of experience to lead our digital campaigns across Facebook and other major social media platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns primarily on Facebook (Meta) and other key social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to meet KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to build high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
• Monitor and adjust budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
