ABOUT THE ROLE

Performance Management Expert


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and define

    performance parameters

    for various functions and processes
  • Align performance metrics with

    organizational goals

  • Analyze employee and departmental performance data
  • Prepare and present

    monthly & quarterly statistical performance reports

  • Plan and implement an effective

    performance measurement framework

  • Design, review, and improve

    performance management policies

  • Drive continuous improvement in employee performance and productivity


PREFERED SKILLS

  • Minimum

    2+ years of hands-on experience in a Performance Management role

  • Advanced

    spreadsheet & data analysis skills

  • Strong

    documentation and report-writing skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate:

    Any discipline (mandatory)
  • Postgraduate:

    MBA in Human Resource Management
