About the Role

As a Performance Management Analyst at Ericsson, you will be part of a dynamic team tackling real business challenges and driving operational excellence within Global Finance Services (GFS). Your mission is to enable data-driven performance tracking and ensure transparency across financial, quality, and operational metrics through structured KPIs, analytics, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Translate data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and potentially AI, Python or SQL.
Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and drive operational efficiency.
Gain exposure to financial operations and participate in projects leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
