About The Role

A leading global financial services firm is seeking a skilled

Performance and Capacity Management Analyst

to join their dynamic team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Capacity Planning: Analyze system performance and capacity metrics to forecast future needs and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
Performance Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve application and infrastructure performance, reducing response times and enhancing user experience.
Monitoring and Alerting: Configure and manage monitoring tools to track key performance indicators and trigger alerts for potential issues.
Capacity Management Tools: Utilize tools like ServiceNow to manage capacity plans, track incidents, and generate reports.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, application, and business teams to align capacity planning with business objectives.

Qualifications And Experience

1 to 3 years of experience managing performance and capacity
Strong knowledge of the servers, networks, and storage that make up IT infrastructure
Experience with capacity management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, TrueSight)
competence with reporting and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Capacity to function both individually and collaboratively
