To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1 to 3 years of experience in managing performance and capacity. - Strong knowledge of servers, networks, and storage comprising IT infrastructure. - Experience with capacity management tools like ServiceNow and TrueSight. - Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
