Job Title: Performance Analyst Department: Performance Management Site: Back Office About the Role We are looking for a Performance Analyst to support Miya Kebab (by Al Arabian Express) in monitoring and improving business performance. The role involves tracking key KPIs, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Track and report KPIs: sales, covers, food cost %, labor cost %, etc. Build and maintain dashboards/reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Analyze company and outlet-level performance data. Collaborate with managers to track department and project performance. Study customer feedback, sales trends, and operational data to suggest improvements. Candidate Requirements Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance. Experience: 2–3 years in performance management, data analysis, or business analytics. Skills: Strong analytical ability, Excel/dashboard tools proficiency, KPI reporting. Certification (Preferred): Data Analytics/Business Intelligence. Hiring Details Number of Positions: 1 Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Regular Joining Deadline: Within 1 Week Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
