Your primary focus will be on translating complex client needs into engaging KB articles and conversion-focused conversational copy to enhance chat-to-lead conversions and improve overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Knowledge Bank (KB) content for B2B clients with a strong emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and alignment with Commversion's lead-gen strategy. - Create creative contest/engagement content for internal operations teams. - Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Training teams to convert complex client requirements into easy-to-follow content. - Design, test, and refine AI prompts to train chatbots for accurate, natural, and conversion-focused conversations. - Ensure tone consistency across all KB and AI responses, maintaining a professional, persuasive, and customer-centric approach. - Track bot performance, analyze prompt effectiveness, and continuously optimize for lead conversion. - Stay updated on AI/LLM advancements to recommend improvements.
